"Hershey Kisses» Cookies"

 

Ingredients: 

For approximately 45 cookies :

110 g of butter

170 g of peanut butter

75g sugar

70 g brown sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1 egg

2 tbsp milk

1 teaspoon of sodium bicarbonate

180 g flour

1/2 tsp salt

Sugar powder coat

40-50 small chocolate Hershey Kisses 

Beat the softened butter with peanut butter, then add the powdered sugar, brown sugar, egg, vanilla and salt and continue beating until creamy.

Add flour and baking soda and m Mixing ratio until you have a smooth paste. 
Form balls the size of a walnut, then roll in powdered sugar.

Put the biscuits spaced on a baking paper lined plate and c uire for 8 to 10 minutes or lightly colored. (The cookie will  s 'sag and crack slightly).

Right out of the oven, immediately insert a chocolate kisses in each still warm cookies, pressing lightly.

The chocolates will melt slightly in contact with hot cookies, but they will keep their forms.

Put the cookies on a wire rack to cool.

These cookies will keep several days in a metal box.
